When writing an unban appeal, you should follow this format to make it as easy as possible for the administrators or moderators to unban you.

Ingame Name:
Ban Date: E.G: [18/12/10]
Ban Time: [Making this as specific as possible will make it faster to unban you]
Ban Reason: [You need to write the reason here]
Admin/mod Banned By: [It must be their User name]

You are not allowed to post in other peoples unban requests unless you are a part of the reason that the user got banned!
